Friday, 21 November 2008

Previous imagery had inferior resolution and certain areas, notably Son Roca and the Poligono Can Valero had partially been covered by clouds and the new motorway to Manacor with its roundabouts in the outskirts of Palma was still incomplete...

Sunday, 05 October 2008
With the economic crisis hitting all of Spain badly, people are pretty reluctant to spend these days. Even though Mallorca may not have been hit as badly as other regions of Spain, the crisis has finally reached the island too.

Sunday, 09 March 2008
The results of Spain's General Election 2008 seem to bring little surprise for those who remember Mr Blair of the U.K. and Mr Schröder of Germany. According to preliminary forecasts, Mr Zapatero seems to carry away what could be considered a landslide victory for his socialist party...

User Rating: / 5
Tuesday, 05 February 2008
This is probably the widest photo ever taken of the Bahia de Palma. It is 25000 pixels in width and covers most of the Bahia, starting in the west with Cala Mayor and only ending in the east at S'Arenal. Image quality isn't perfect, but the shear width of the view will compensate you for that. Enjoy the photo.
